Hailing from Damascus, Syria, Anas is a superb comic writer whose recent output includes the whodunnit revenge comic, Kill My Boyfriend, and the critically-acclaimed Etheres - which is a haunting and emotional look at the afterlife.
Lucy is known for her writing and art on such wonderful releases as Barking and Shelter: Early Doors. Lucy usually does writing and art, but to switch things up a little, she was keen to write a story for Nano Jams and collaborate with an artist
Scott’s the awesome writer behind the likes of True Kvlt, Kill More and DC’s Pennyworth, to name just a few. The Killtopia team are personally huge fans of True Kvlt so it sincerely means so much to have Scott on board for Nano Jams.
Ashley writes comics and video games, including Motive Games’ new Iron Man project, Gotham Knights, Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II, and more. We wanted to include a broad range of voices from other industries in Nano Jams, so we're excited Ashley is on board.
Joey is the mastermind behind the brilliant horror comic imprint, Afterlight Comics. His written works include Ghost Island, Wendigo Wood, Districts of the Yokai, Beneath Us and Slasher Royale. Check them out if you like horror comics with rich plots and deep characters.
Dave is Killtopia's creator and author., and the curator of Nano Jams. He also writes the fighting game-inspired Killtopia prequel BPM: Beatdowns Per Minute, as well as Ninja Baseball Spirits and Bust. He also writes video game history books for publisher Bitmap Books.
Kim is the Nano Jams cover artist. Working out of Germany and sometimes Japan, Kim is a freelance illustrator, concept artist and designer. Kim's work is inspired by huge cities, blinding neon lights, comic books, video games, kaiju movies and soda pops.
Matt's the author of acclaimed near-future novel Complete Darkness, which is being turned into a graphic novel. He's also Chair of the Hertfordshire Society of Authors, co-presenter of the Hosts In The Shell cyberpunk podcast, and more.
From South California, Amy loves horror, supernatural, and fantasy. She's written many one-shots and anthology shorts for Archie Horror, Avery Hill, Cloudscape Comics, and in Chip Zdarsky and Jacob Phillips' NEWBURN series (Image Comics)
Nick writes comics and prose inspired by a combo of mounting fear, many influences, and vague recollections of a philosophy degree. Best known for fun yet surprisingly emotional comics like StoneCop, Death of a Necromancer and FairyFare.
Lucy is Senior Video Producer at GameSpot, Creative Producer at Giant Bomb, and co-host of the Friends Per Second podcast. Her first comic story 'Doxxing Match' appeared in 2023's Octobriana and the Underground: Full Tilt Boogie.
Hailing from Wales, Joe is the writer and creator behind LGBTQ+ inclusive comics like The Pride, The Miracles and the award winning Young Men in Love. He's from Wales, UK where he works on queer inclusive comics and novels.
Sebastian's work includes Disaster Inc, We Ride Titans and Exorcists Never Die. He also co-created Black Beacon with Ryan K. Lindsay for Heavy Metal. He's also done covers Red Sonja, Stranger Things and Transformers.
Jazzlyn writes for comics, games, and television. She's been published by Z2, Ahoy Comics, Bully Pulpit Games, and independently with The Demon. Her great love is a tie between coffee and Donkey Kong Country. Follow Jazzlyn at @jazzlynstone
Based in Wales, Sarah is best known for her self-published graphic novel NPC Tea. She's worked with Rebellion, The Beano, Big Punch Studios and Kookie Magazine, and has previously written and edited story for games.
Jason is co-creator of the Eisner-Award winning series Afterlift and the creator behind Toronto’s superhero The Pitiful Human-Lizard. He's worked on comics within the Spider-Verse and Venomverse, and is responsible for the X-Friends story arcs in X-Men Unlimited. He's currently writing the upcoming The Sentry series for Marvel.
Darren's a cartoonist and graphic designer by day, and reverts back into his original form at night; a long-necked sea creature of the lake who doesn't photograph well. He's based in Louisville, Kentucky and has worked for Z2 Comics and Star Fruit Books, and made an unhinged 16-page comic about a ravioli commercial. He is not to be trusted.
Christa Harader is a writer, editor, and communications professional living in California. They enjoy horror movies, indie wrestling, powerlifting and occasionally going outside if there's no other options available. Chris is a comics writer and musician based in Sheffield, England. His published comic works include Brigantia, Hadopelagic, The Black Rubric and a range of published anthology stories. His interests lie in the fantastical and the wondrous; his inspirations in science fiction, fantasy, history and the natural world.
Chris is a freelance illustrator and concept artist working from Edinburgh. He's worked on a variety of small press comics and children’s illustration projects, but is best known for his artwork with Mistview media on their Prehistoria and Jackson Graves comic series and various trading card collections.
Oliver is a writer and occasional academic, working from Scotland. His work can be found everywhere from 2000AD to the GLAAD award winning Young Men In Love anthology, and his first full length graphic novel will be released in 2024. He will continue to make comics until someone forces him to stop.
Alex is an illustrator, story boarder and comic artist who has worked with Wired, Riot Games, Image, Mad Cave Studios, Titan, IDW, Dynamite Comics, Penguin Random House, and Harper Collins. They're the artist of Scout Comics' Death Drop: Drag Assassin and artist/writer of The Fine Art of Destruction.
Skylar's a comic creator and artist in New Mexico. She's worked for DC, Marvel, BOOM!, Dark Horse, IDW, Vault + more. Notably, she worked on Supergirl and Artemis: Wanted for DC Comics and was co-creator / artist on Resonant from Vault Comics. She's currently working on upcoming DC + Image Comics projects.
Mark's a 'Skiwi' (a New Zealander living in Scotland ) and is the writer / creator of the Scholastic-published This Land.
Laura is a comic book artist and illustrator from Manchester, UK.

Dan Whitehead's an Independent Games Festival awards-nominated writer from the UK. His work includes stints on official stuff from Star Wars to Rugrats to Minecraft, and also his creator-owned books such as Ella Upgraded, Hex Loader and Frankenstein Texas.
Steve's an illustrator and comic artist whose work includes the Toxic Crusaders video game, BPM: Beatdowns Per Minute, Ninja Baseball Spirits, Bastard Galaxia and his upcoming wrestling comic: Ring Cats. He likes retro games and watches bad movies on VHS unironically.
Jess is an illustrator and cartoonist based in Toronto. She loves dinky little dogs and making art about family and love. She's an artist for a comic in the upcoming Dream.exe anthology by OneShot Books. You can keep up with her on Twitter or Instagram at @wishgrub
Sophia, also known as artnisabon, is a freelance illustrator based in the Philippines with a passion for creating cozy and vibrant artworks. She has done a variety of projects ranging from webcomics to visual novels, book covers, background art and animations.
Gustaffo's a Peruvian comic book artist / writer in the UK. Creator of Anticucho and other Peruvian cyberpunk comics, he's also worked for Marvel's Voices X-Men, Image Comics anthology #10 and for Dan Abnett's Crayta. He publishes Skrawl comix mag with the SkrawlLordz.
Clark's a UK-based comic artist, known for Rebel Moon: House of Bloodaxe, Killtopia, Frank at Home on the Farm, and Heavy Metal. While his work favours a mix of naturalistic and decorative illustration, Clark's known for his high-energy pages and detailed visual storytelling.
Phoebe is an award-winning comic book editor and writer who is always just trying her best. After playing in the sandbox of video game IPs such as Life is Strange and Dead by Daylight, her debut comic series Total Recall of the Heart will be coming out in 2024!
Liana's a comic artist and writer who's worked on such titles and properties as Star Wars Adventures, Trve Kvlt, Star Trek, Blondie and She Said Destroy. When not working on comics, they can be found drumming, sifting through vinyl records and hanging out with their cute dogs.
Mau's a comic artist and illustrator from Costa Rica. He's illustrated video games like Nexomon and G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout, and is focusing on his main passion - comics. He's worked on Damsel from D.I.S.T.R.E.S.S, the horror comic, Haunting and the cyberpunk superhero Xolotl.
Yishan is a professional UK/Chinese manga artist currently living in Shanghai. For many years, Yishan has been creating incredible art for many great publishers, such as Top Cow, DC, Darkhorse, Random House, Titan Comics, Delcourt and Dargaud (to name a few!)
David is the Scottish cartoonist behind indie crime comics including Kickstarter hit, Decades The Grave and the Her series, along with dystopian thriller Wild Nature. You can find him on Twitter - @dftaylorcomics and Substack, where you can also get free previews of his work.
Andrew Clemson's from the Isle of Wight, best known for Damsel from D.I.S.T.R.E.S.S, Bete Noir and Star Bastard. He might get a coffee soon and can't remember which bins he was meant to put out today. He's not a chihuahua in a hoodie, he's other one. He's not good at writing bios.
Micah's a two-time Ringo nominated comic book letterer who has worked with such publishers as DC, Image, Dark Horse, IDW, Mad Cave and other others. Micah also lettered Killtopia books #2-5 and is the writer of The Disasters for Loophole Comics.
Zak‘s a cartoonist & illustrator known for Burn from Punk Cat Press. He's currently working on Cryp-Ted, the story of a lonely Mothman, and a Cryptid Tarot card deck (see both on Zak’s site) He's a huge fan of wrestling, cats and action figures. Follow him all social channels @ZakKinsella
Cassie is a comics writer best known for her work with Blondie: Against the Odds, PROJECT: Big Hype and Riot Games. When not writing comics, Cassie works in video games, and is currently the Community Manager for TerraTech Worlds.

Lyndon's an illustrator, writer and comic-book artist. His works have been published by Image, Top Cow and Blue Fox Comics, and include acclaimed graphic novels Sparks and the Fallen Star and Candles. He's working on the third instalment of the Lovecraftian series Reanimator Incorporated with Andy Perry.
Rebecca's an illustrator and Pulitzer Prize-winning comic book colorist, known for her color work on The Old Guard: Tales Through Time (Image), How I Escaped A Chinese Internment Camp (Insider.com) and the Let Her Be Evil Anthology. She likes drawing silly comics and informative zines in her spare time.
Sean Northridge, Local Entity and Cartoonist, professionally drawing comics and illustrations for five years and doodles on average 3.6 Genies a week and no one not even himself is sure why.
Umar is a UK-based comic book writer. He has written for Legendary Comics, BHP Comics and Passenger Games. He has also worked on creator-owned independent titles Untethered and Lad. He enjoys reading and working on his custom-built computer and watching horror movies all whilst in the pleasant company of his wife and pet cat.
Toria is a cartoonist and comic artist based in Liverpool. They have had work featured in Marginal Publishing's Mind Over Margins Graphic Medicine Anthology and Sensory: Life on the Spectrum.
When not drawing they like to make some noises on the trombone and spend time with their pets and partners.
Liam Kavanagh is a screenwriter. He’s one of the writers for the hit YouTube series Lawak Kampus: School Daze, based on the popular Malaysian comic strip. Prior to this he wrote for the Netflix childrens’ series Big Tree City, and for two seasons of pre-school series Mya Go, which was broadcast in multiple territories and on Amazon Prime.
Thomas can be found wandering the hills of the Cotswolds, and has worked for Penguin Random House, Chaosium, Archaia, Hippocampus Press, Centipede Press, Gallant Knight Games, Bad Hand Books and works with individual authors, musicians and creatives.
Gary Chudleigh is an award-winning author and screenwriter from Glasgow, Scotland. Working for over a decade, he’s co-created five IPs (so far) and written for LEGO licences, including Avengers, Spider-Man, Jurassic World and Disney Princess. He's currently working on his supernatural serial killer thriller 'Every Last One'.
Kacey Flynn is a writer of comics and prose with work in a handful of Eisner nominated anthologies in addition to co-creating and writing the Young Adult fantasy comic Adventuring Without a Permit. When not writing she spends her free time tabletop roleplaying with friends, experimenting with new recipes, or being lovingly pestered by her partner."
Sky Hawkins is an indie comic writer and artist, and a big fan of sci-fi stories. She's the artist/co-creator of the crowdfunded cyberpunk comic series Tokyo Fire, a contributor to the Comics Are Dying: The Comic anthology, and on rare occasions she can be found working on her apocalyptic ongoing webcomic Exhaust. Whether she is secretly a robot or just autistic is still being investigated.
